Review of Decisions
If an application for registration or a registration endorsement is not approved by the Board the applicant may apply to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) for a review of the decision.
If the Board makes a decision to amend, suspend, cancel or not renew a registrant's registration or registration endorsement the registrant may apply to QCAT for a review of the decision.
A registrant who is the subject of an order from a Professional Conduct Review Panel established by the Board, may apply to QCAT for a review of the panel's decision that led to the order.
